At Fit & Fuel 365, we strive to offer products and services that support your health and fitness journey. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our services and products, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Digital Products and Services
All digital products, including online coaching, fitness plans, workout programs, nutrition plans, and memberships are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it is final, and no refunds or returns will be provided.
We understand that circumstances may change, and if you have concerns about your service or experience, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate and address your needs.
2. Physical Products
For any physical products purchased from Fit & Fuel 365 (e.g., merchandise, supplements), we will accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless they are defective.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return for physical products, please contact our customer support team at Info@fitandfuel365.com or 613-242-1105 for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. No Refunds for Memberships and Services
We do not offer refunds for any membership fees, subscriptions, or services, including but not limited to fitness coaching, nutrition coaching, or any digital plans. All memberships are final upon payment. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the service meets your needs before completing your purchase.
4. Cancellations
Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for any charges already made.
Personalized Coaching: If you wish to cancel or pause any personalized coaching services, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session. Any services rendered prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on the situation. You may be required to send the damaged product back to us (return shipping costs will be covered by Fit & Fuel 365).
