Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms, the dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Law, in the province of Ontario, Canada. Both parties agree to bear their own costs related to the arbitration.

Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are accessing our Services from the United States, U.S. federal law or state law will apply where relevant.
